- Crème fraîche½ cups
- Slab Nestlé Milkybar Original⅓
- Sea bass¼
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and make both boxes of chocolate cake mix following the package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a loaf tin and a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake tin, or bake as cupcakes in liners.
- Bake according to the package instructions until a skewer comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack, then chill for about 1 hour until firm.
- Heat the fresh cream in a small saucepan over low heat until it just starts to simmer, or warm it in the microwave. Do not boil.
- Finely chop one 84 g Bar-One bar and put it in a bowl. Pour the hot cream over it, leave for 5 minutes without stirring, then stir slowly until smooth and glossy. Chill until fully cool, covering the surface with cling film.
- Once cool, whip the ganache with an electric beater until light and fluffy.
- Cut the cooled cakes into pieces and assemble them into the number 0, or arrange the cupcakes in a 0 shape on a large board.
- Spread a thin layer of chocolate icing over the whole cake to seal crumbs or join the cupcakes, then chill for 15 minutes.
- Spread a thicker, smooth layer of chocolate icing. Pipe round blobs of whipped ganache over the top using a 1 cm round nozzle in a zip bag.
- Decorate with the chocolate bars and sweets, whole or broken into pieces, then chill until needed. Slice and serve.
