No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Modo de preparo

1. Leave the frozen strawberries at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften.
2. Blend the strawberries for 15-20 seconds until smooth puree.
3. Pour the puree into a medium bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and fold until well combined.
4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold one third of the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture, then fold in the rest.
6. Pour into a lidded container and freeze for 6 hours to overnight.
7. Let the ice cream soften slightly before scooping.
