- Ginger · ground, roughly chopped1 tsp + ¾ cups
- Cardamom · ground1 tsp
- Cinnamon · ground½ tsp
- Black pepper
- Sweetened condensed milk1 cup
- Dark chocolate1 cup
- Date syrup¾ cups

Instructions
- In a large chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with the turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and vanilla until soft peaks form, 3-4 minutes. Do not over-whip; it should stay glossy.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and fold gently from the bottom up until just combined, about 30 seconds. Keep it light and airy.
- Spread half the mixture in an even layer in an 8x8-inch square pan.
- Scatter half the dark chocolate chunks, half the candied ginger and half the sesame brittle over the surface. Drizzle with half the date syrup in a slow, even pattern.
- Pour the remaining mixture over the top and spread it gently to cover the add-ins completely.
- Scatter the remaining chocolate, candied ginger and sesame brittle on top and drizzle with the rest of the date syrup.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze until fully set, at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before scooping, and serve immediately.
