Zubereitung

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water, adding a pinch of sea salt, then take the bowl off the heat.
2. Set aside 4 good walnut halves for decoration, then slice or crumble the rest.
3. Shape the ice cream into large round scoops and divide them between four teacups.
4. Sprinkle the sliced or crumbled walnuts over the scoops, pour a hot espresso shot into each cup, top each with a reserved walnut half, then drizzle over the melted chocolate.
