Oven Baked Turkey Wings are so good and easy! Make this instead of a full Thanksgiving turkey!
Ingredients
- Chicken wing4 lb
- Butter · melted2 tbsp
- Chicken stock · powder1 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper · ground½ tsp
- Thyme · dried1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Parsley · dried1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the turkey wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Split each wing at the joint and discard the tips or save them for stock.
- Put the wing pieces in a baking dish. Drizzle with the melted butter, then add the chicken bouillon powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, garlic powder and parsley. Mix well so everything is coated.
- Bake for 1 hour, turning the wings halfway through and basting them with the pan juices, until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Keep baking until done: the wings are ready when an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165°F.
