- Salt1 ¼ tsp
- Flour1 cup
- Dashi1 cup
- Egg1
- Yam2 tbsp
- Soy sauce¼ tsp
- Cabbage10 oz
- Tenkasu2 tbsp
- Oil1 tbsp
- Okonomiyaki sauce
- Scallion2

Instructions
- Sprinkle the oysters with potato starch and salt, rub gently, rinse, drain and pat dry.

- Thinly slice the cabbage and add it with the tenkasu to the rest of the batter, mixing well.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Pour half the cabbage batter into an 8-inch circle and cook until slightly set. Arrange half the oysters on one side and cook until browned. Place them on the pancake, then pour half the reserved plain batter over the oysters.
- Cook over medium heat for 7–8 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook another 7–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Flip once more so the oyster side is up. Spread okonomiyaki sauce over it and top with the green onions and pickled ginger.
- Repeat the process to make a second pancake.
