Instructions

Spread the chocolate nut spread in the bottom of a chilled dessert bowl.
Place the pistachio gelato on top and smooth it over the surface.
Scatter the chopped pistachios around the top of the gelato.
Scoop out a small hole in the middle of the gelato.
Pour the hot espresso into the hole until it reaches the top.
Sprinkle extra chopped pistachios on top if you like.
