Poached Eggs Over Yogurt?! Try Çılbır in 20 Minutes!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then lower the heat so it simmers.
  2. Crack each egg into its own bowl, then slide them one by one into the simmering water.
  3. Use a spoon to pull the whites over the eggs and cook for about 3 minutes. Loose white bits are fine.
  4. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, dill, garlic, black pepper and salt. Set aside.
  5. Melt the butter with the olive oil in a pan, add the Aleppo pepper, then lower the heat and stir slowly until the butter turns deep orange.
  6. Divide the yogurt between two shallow bowls, top each with two poached eggs, pour the melted butter over and serve immediately.
