Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic and green chilli paste and stir on high heat for 30-40 seconds, until the raw smell goes.
  3. Add the mutton and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring well.
  4. Add the turmeric, bottle masala, black pepper, sugar, lemon juice, salt, mint and coriander. Mix and cook on high heat until the meat is well done.
  5. Let the mixture cool.
  6. In a bowl of mashed potato, add breadcrumbs and salt and mix well. Shape into balls a bit bigger than a lemon.
  7. Press a thumb into each ball to make a bowl shape.
  8. Fill with the meat mixture and seal it inside the potato, then pat into a chop or cutlet shape.
  9. Beat the egg, dip each chop in it, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  10. Heat oil in a vessel and chill the chops in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Then fry until golden brown on both sides.
  11. Drain the chops on tissue paper.
