Modo de preparo
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or coat it with cooking spray.
- Mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic by hand until just combined. Press the mixture evenly into the dish in a flat layer reaching the edges.
- Bake 15–18 minutes, until the meat is fully cooked and starting to brown at the edges. Pour off excess fat. Leave the oven on.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook 30–60 seconds, until fragrant. Off the heat, stir in the parsley, Parmesan, red pepper flakes and a small pinch of salt. Set aside at room temperature.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and grated garlic until smooth. Adjust lemon or garlic to taste. Refrigerate until needed.
- Slice the whole pack of rolls in half horizontally with a serrated knife. Place the bottom halves on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of aioli on the bottom halves, then add the beef patty and cheese slices. Add the top halves cut-side down. Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter.
- Bake uncovered at 400°F for 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and toasted.
- Rest the sliders for 2–3 minutes, then cut into 12 individual sliders. Serve warm, with extra aioli on the side if you like.
