Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment, leaving overhang to lift the bars out.
  2. Melt half of the chopped white chocolate (8 oz/227 g) with 1/2 teaspoon oil in a microwave-safe bowl, in 20-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth. Spread it in the pan and chill uncovered for 10–15 minutes to soft-set.
  3. Beat the peanut butter and butter until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes, scraping the bowl as needed. Beat in the confectioners' sugar, vanilla and salt for about 1 minute.
  4. Dollop the peanut butter mixture over the chilled white chocolate layer and spread it evenly.
  5. Chill the pan while you melt the remaining white chocolate with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil the same way as before.
  6. Pour the melted white chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spread evenly, and scatter the chopped Reese's Pieces on top.
  7. Refrigerate uncovered for at least 30–60 minutes until set.
  8. Lift the bark out using the parchment and cut it into pieces with a sharp knife.
  9. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
