Restaurant-Style Salmon in 30 Minutes
Ingredientes
- Salmón · boneless skinless1 ½ lb
- Salt½ cdtas.
- Black pepper · ground½ cdtas.
- Garlic powder½ cdtas.
- Olive oil1 cda.
- Butter1 cda.
- Sun dried tomato⅓ tazas
- Scallion¼ tazas
- Garlic3
- Cream1 taza
- Parmesan cheese¼ tazas
- Spinach2 tazas
Preparación
- Season the salmon on both sides with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- Melt 1 Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When the foaming stops, add the salmon skin side up and cook 3 to 5 minutes per side, until it reaches 145°F on an instant-read thermometer at the thickest part. Move the salmon to a platter and tent with foil.
- In the same pan over medium heat, add a little more oil only if needed, then the sun-dried tomatoes, green onion and garlic. Stir constantly for about 1 minute, until the garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in the cream and sprinkle the Parmesan over it. Bring to a light boil, stirring often, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute until slightly thickened.
- Add the spinach and stir for 30 seconds, until just wilted. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Take the pan off the heat, return the salmon to the pan, spoon the warm sauce over it, and serve, garnished with chives if desired.
