Ridiculously Good Air Fryer Broccoli
Ingredients
- Broccoli1
- Avocado oil1–2 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
Instructions
- Put the broccoli florets in a bowl with the water, oil and salt. Break them into bite-sized pieces and massage gently for 30 to 60 seconds, until they turn a slightly brighter green and have soaked up some of the liquid.
- Transfer the broccoli to the air fryer, leaving the leftover liquid in the bowl behind. Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes, then shake the basket. The broccoli should look bright green, like steamed broccoli.
- Air fry at 375°F for another 2 minutes, until the florets look browned and crisp at the edges.
- Adjust the time and temperature to suit how crisp you like it. Serve as is, or with a dipping sauce or a sprinkle of Parmesan.
