- Lemon2 cdas.

- Buttermilk3 cdas.

Preparación
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round pan (at least 2 inches high), or line it with parchment.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar and lemon zest until very light and fluffy, about 3–4 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
- Mix in the lemon juice and sour cream until well combined. It may look slightly curdled.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix gently until just combined. Pour in the buttermilk and mix briefly. Do not overmix.
- Toss 1¾ cups of the blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour, then gently fold into the batter.
- Spread the batter in the pan. Scatter the remaining 1 cup of blueberries evenly on top. Sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired.
- Bake for about 40–45 minutes, until the top is golden, the cake is high and a toothpick in the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs. If the top browns too fast, loosely cover with foil.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
