Modo de preparo
- Start the pasta in salted boiling water following the package directions. If using fresh pasta, begin cooking it when the sauce is nearly done.
- Heat a large wok over high heat and cook the bacon until it releases its fat, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the butter, garlic, ginger and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour in the rice wine and scrape up the bottom of the wok. Add the bok choy, gochugaru, soy sauce and fish sauce and stir-fry about 1 minute until well combined.
- Pour in the chicken stock and marinara sauce, mix well and bring to a boil. Stir in the seafood, return to a boil, and keep boiling, stirring occasionally, until the seafood is about 3/4 cooked.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream. Add the cooked pasta and sprinkle over the parmigiano, then toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a serving dish and add more cheese and black pepper to taste.
