By Cooking With Ayeh · 40 min

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheet; it usually takes about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, thaw the frozen spinach and press out all the excess water in a colander.
  3. Put the spinach in a bowl and crumble the feta into small pieces with your fingers.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and mix until the spinach and feta are combined.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  6. When the pastry is slightly soft, cut it into 4 even squares with a sharp knife.
  7. Place a portion of the spinach mixture on the bottom right of each square to form a triangle, keeping it away from the edges.
  8. Fold the top over the filling to make triangles, then press the edges gently with your fingers to seal.
  9. Move the triangles to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press along each edge with a fork to seal.
  10. Optional: lightly spray the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until deep golden brown.
  12. Let them cool slightly before serving.
