Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water with 1 teaspoon of salt per litre to a boil over high heat.
  2. While the water heats, mix the ketchup, sriracha, Golden Mountain sauce, sugar and white pepper in a bowl. Prep all other ingredients before cooking the pasta.
  3. Drop the pasta into the boiling water and cook for the time on the package (about 8 minutes in the creator's test).
  4. Heat a little vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sear the shrimp until browned on one side, flip and cook until done. Set aside.
  5. Let the wok cool slightly, then add a little oil, the butter and garlic over medium heat. Saute until the butter browns slightly.
  6. Add the onion and carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute for crunchy vegetables, or longer for softer ones.
  7. Push the vegetables aside, add the eggs to the empty space, break the yolks and stir them lightly into the whites. Let the eggs set to about 70%, then toss with the vegetables.
  8. Turn off the wok and wait until the pasta is a few minutes from done. Drain it well, shaking out all the water from the tubes.
  9. Add the pasta to the wok with the sauce, turn the heat to medium-high and toss until coated.
  10. Add the tomatoes and green onions, toss to warm the tomatoes slightly, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
