Modo de preparo
- Bring a pot of water with 1 teaspoon of salt per litre to a boil over high heat.
- While the water heats, mix the ketchup, sriracha, Golden Mountain sauce, sugar and white pepper in a bowl. Prep all other ingredients before cooking the pasta.
- Drop the pasta into the boiling water and cook for the time on the package (about 8 minutes in the creator's test).
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sear the shrimp until browned on one side, flip and cook until done. Set aside.
- Let the wok cool slightly, then add a little oil, the butter and garlic over medium heat. Saute until the butter browns slightly.
- Add the onion and carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute for crunchy vegetables, or longer for softer ones.
- Push the vegetables aside, add the eggs to the empty space, break the yolks and stir them lightly into the whites. Let the eggs set to about 70%, then toss with the vegetables.
- Turn off the wok and wait until the pasta is a few minutes from done. Drain it well, shaking out all the water from the tubes.
- Add the pasta to the wok with the sauce, turn the heat to medium-high and toss until coated.
- Add the tomatoes and green onions, toss to warm the tomatoes slightly, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
