The 4 ingredient dessert you need in your life
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate650 g
- Date6
- Peanut1 cup
- Peanut butter2–3 tbsp
- Salt
- Hazelnut · roasted1 cup
- Rose water1–2 tsp
- Pistachio½ cups
- Pomegranate · seeded½
- Coconut oil · melted2 tsp
- Edible rose petals
Instructions
- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler (a heat-safe bowl over a pan of simmering water), stirring gently until smooth with no lumps, then remove from the heat. You can also melt it in the microwave.
- For the Snickers bark: remove the pits from the dates and cut them into small pieces (scissors work too). Stir the dates and peanuts into the melted chocolate until everything is coated.
- Line a rectangular dish or tin with parchment paper, pour in the chocolate mixture and spread it into a flat, even layer, tapping the dish if needed.
- Dot the peanut butter over the bark with a teaspoon, swirl it with a toothpick, and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Chill until set: freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut into smaller pieces on a board once fully firm.
