- Pork loin3 lb
- Soy sauce⅓ cups
- Dark soy sauce1 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Shaoxing wine2 tbsp
- Honey7 tbsp
- Smoked paprika1 tbsp
- Remaining glaze

- Preheat the oven to 500–550°F (260–290°C) on high broil for 10–15 minutes. Set parchment or foil on a rack over a large baking pan and place the pork on it. Broil on the lowest rack for 10–12 minutes.
- Mix the leftover marinade with honey to make a glaze. Brush the glaze on the pork, flip it, glaze the other side, and broil another 10–12 minutes.
- Brush on more glaze, move the pork to the top rack closest to the broiler, and caramelize for 2–3 minutes, until the inside reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest the pork for 3 minutes, brush with honey for a shiny finish, then slice.
