Ingredients
- Chocolate · chopped875 g + 5
- Biscuit · chopped5
- Marshmallow1 cup
- Popcorn1 cup
- Peanut · roughly chopped⅓ cups
- Popping rainbow candy¼ cups
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate buttons in a medium bowl, following the packet instructions.
- Line a tray with non-stick baking paper. Pour in just enough melted chocolate to cover the bottom, then quickly arrange the caramello squares evenly over it before the chocolate sets.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the popping candy to the bowl of melted chocolate and mix gently until everything is coated.
- Pour the mixture over the caramello squares in the tray and spread it as evenly as possible, without pressing down, so it keeps a rocky look.
- Sprinkle the popping candy over the top and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Lift the slab out of the tray and cut it into bite-size pieces with a warm, sharp knife.
