Ingredientes
- Glass noodle40 g
- Chicken breast · boneless skinless170 g
- Molho shoyu2 ½ colheres de chá
- Garlic · chopped2 dentes
- Onion · julienned¼
- Egg2
- Cabbage1 xícara
- Carrot · halved thinly sliced⅓ xícara
- White pepper · ground¼ colher de chá
- Tomate1
- Scallion · chopped1
- Rice
- Oyster sauce1 colher de sopa
- Maggi seasoning½ colher de sopa
- Sugar1 ½ colher de chá
Modo de preparo
- Mix the chicken with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and set aside.
- Drain the soaked glass noodles and snip them once or twice with scissors.
- Stir the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until the garlic turns golden.
- Add the chicken and cook until the pieces separate and the outside is partly cooked.
- Push everything to one side and add a little oil to the empty side. Add the eggs, break the yolks, let them set halfway, then scramble and mix with the chicken.
- Add the cabbage, carrots and about half a tablespoon of the sauce, and toss quickly.
- Add the noodles, pour over the rest of the sauce and the white pepper, and toss for about 2 minutes until the noodles have absorbed the sauce and are cooked. If they are too chewy, add a splash of water and cook 1 minute more.
- Turn off the heat, add the tomato and green onion, and toss so the residual heat warms them through. Serve, with jasmine rice if you like.
