The most delicious savory corn dish - Sha Cha Corn Stir-Fry in 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- Sweet corn3
- Sha cha sauce1 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Cilantro · chopped
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Remove the husks and silks from the corn, rinse, and dry with a towel.
- Cut each ear into 5-6 rounds. Halve the rounds if the ears are large.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet, or use the oil from the sha cha sauce. Over low heat, sauté the sha cha sauce for a few seconds until fragrant, as it can burn quickly.
- Add the soy sauce and stir briefly, then add the water.
- Add all the corn and toss quickly to coat it in the sauce.
- Cover and cook for about 2 minutes, until the corn has absorbed all the sauce. If it looks dry and the corn is not yet cooked, add a little more water.
- Uncover, fold in the chopped cilantro, and serve warm.
