1. Melt the white chocolate with the vegetable oil in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each.
2. If using several colours, divide the melted chocolate into separate bowls; with one colour, keep it all in one bowl.
3. Stir in a very small amount of food colouring. If the chocolate seizes, add a little more vegetable oil or some warm milk to smooth it.
4. Push a fork into each Oreo, dip it in the chocolate and coat it well.
5. Set the coated biscuits on a silicone mat or baking paper.
6. Decorate with sprinkles and press a Rolo on top of each Oreo to form the top of the bauble.
7. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
