- Extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp
- Garlic2
- Parsley1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese · finely grated3 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese · shredded2 cups
- Pepperoni · sliced⅓ lb
- Ham · sliced⅓ lb
- Salami · sliced⅓ lb
- Egg1
- Salt
- Garlic powder¼ tsp

Instructions
- Line a 13x18-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Roll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 10x14 inches.
- Mix the olive oil, garlic and parsley. Brush over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on three sides and a 2-inch border on the far long side. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp parmesan and half the mozzarella, then layer the pepperoni, salami and ham, and top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log from the near long side, pinch the seams and tuck the ends under.
- Place the log seam-side down on the baking sheet, cover and let rise for 30 minutes at room temperature while preheating the oven to 400°F.
- Beat the egg with 1 Tbsp water and brush over the log. Make 4 deep diagonal slits on top. Sprinkle with flaky salt, garlic powder and the remaining 1 Tbsp parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown, adjusting for the size and starting temperature of the stromboli.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes, then cut into 1-inch slices.
