Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put 150 g bread flour, 50 g keto flour mix, 4 g salt, 4 g yeast and 170 g warm water in a bowl and mix until a soggy mass forms. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Knead into a smooth ball, cover and let rise for 2–3 hours until doubled.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal balls and roll them tightly. Cover and rest for 45–60 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 500°F / 260°C and prepare the toppings.
  5. Flip each dough ball and stretch it into a thin round about 10 inches (25 cm) across. Place it on a pan.
  6. Spread on the tomato sauce, add dollops of each cheese, extra toppings if using, and black pepper.
  7. Bake for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter with the grated garlic in the microwave.
  8. Take the pizza out, sprinkle with minced basil, brush the crust with the garlic butter, and bake 1–2 more minutes until browned and crisp.
  9. Repeat the stretching, topping and baking for the second pizza.
