Turkish Eggs (Çılbır) in 20 Minutes

- Egg4
- Yoghurt1 cup
- Dill · chopped2 tbsp
- Garlic · minced2 cloves
- Black pepper¼ tsp
- Salt½ tsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Butter3 tbsp

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then lower the heat so it simmers.
- Crack each egg into its own bowl, then slide them one by one into the simmering water.
- Use a spoon to push the loose whites over the eggs and cook for about 3 minutes; some separation of the white is fine.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, dill, garlic, black pepper and salt. Set aside.
- Melt the butter with the olive oil in a pan, add the Aleppo pepper, then lower the heat and stir slowly until the butter turns deep orange.
- Divide the yogurt between two shallow bowls, top each with two poached eggs, pour the melted butter over the eggs and serve right away.
