Two ingredient Ice Cream Hack
Ingredients
- Mango · halved1
- Pineapple · halved1
- Cream½ cups
- Sweetened condensed milk · for drizzling
- Coconut · shredded, for topping
Instructions
- Scoop 2 tablespoons from the center of each mango half to make a small well; save the scooped fruit.
- Scoop about 4 tablespoons from the center of each pineapple half, leaving the shell intact; save the scooped fruit.
- Wrap each hollowed mango and pineapple half tightly in plastic wrap, cut side up, and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until completely solid.
- Take the frozen fruit out of the freezer and pour about 2 tablespoons of heavy cream into the hollow of each mango and pineapple half.
- Scrape the cream and frozen fruit together along the sides and center of each shell, working quickly. Keep mixing until it turns creamy and fluffy like soft serve, not slushy.
- Scoop the ice cream into a bowl or serve it in the fruit shell, drizzle with sweetened condensed milk, top with shredded coconut, and serve immediately.
