Viral Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Cook the butter over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, white sugar and brown butter. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.
4. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix until combined.
5. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
6. Spoon the dough into a piping bag and snip off the tip.
7. Pipe about 7 g (1 tsp) of dough per cookie onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then press down the tops.
8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden.
