Why This Limoncello Cocktail Tastes So Good
Ingredients
- Limoncello30 ml
- White wine30 ml
- Frangelico15 ml
- Lemon15 ml
- Simple syrup
Instructions
- Fill a champagne glass with ice and set it aside to chill.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, then add 30ml Limoncello, 30ml Italian white wine, 15ml Frangelico, 15ml fresh lemon juice and a dash of sugar syrup.
- Empty the ice from the champagne glass.
- Cover the tall glass with a cocktail shaker and shake hard for 1-2 minutes.
- Place a small strainer over the champagne glass and pour the mixture through it to catch pulp and pips.
- Twist a lemon rind over the drink, rub the flesh side around the rim, and drop it in.
