Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, combine the water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, pink salt, crushed black pepper and cooking oil; mix well.
  2. Add the chicken fillets, bring to a boil over high heat, then flip them, cover and cook on low heat until tender (10-12 minutes). Then cook on high heat until the liquid has dried up.
  3. Turn off the heat, shred the chicken with a fork and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, hot sauce, lemon juice, paprika, mixed herbs, garlic powder and pink salt.
  5. Add the shredded chicken, cabbage, capsicum, cheddar and boiled egg noodles; mix until well combined.
  6. Cut the roll sheets diagonally into triangles. Place a spoonful of filling on one triangle, brush with flour slurry, then fold and roll up. This makes 18-20 rolls.
  7. Freeze the rolls in an airtight container for up to 1-2 months.
  8. In a wok, heat oil and fry over medium heat until golden and crispy.
